Standard one-bedroom apartments are 550 square feet. Apartments are designed for person 62 years of age or older and those that are physically challenged. Smoke free grounds and facility. Federally subsidized, rent based on 30% of gross income. All utilities included except cable television, telephone and an air conditioner usage fee. Although we are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Watertown to cover city services.

Mueller Apartments is federally subsidized with rent based on 30% of adjusted gross income. Consisting of 101 apartments of 550 square feet, each apartment has one bedroom, one bath, and a compact kitchen and dining area which is an extension of the living room. Common areas of the building include living rooms, game room, library, dining room and a beauty parlor. Each apartment also has the Marquardt Lifeline emergency response system. Residents have access to the Karl Fischer Center, Bethany Chapel, and Marquardt Manor all under one roof via skywalk.
