Milo Loppnow Apartments

Apartments are designed for persons 55 or older. Smoke free grounds and facility. The Accommodation Fee results in a lower monthly Maintenance Fee. The monthly fee covers all administrative costs, fuel, electricity, water, groundskeeping and snow removal. Although we are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Watertown to cover city services.

The Milo Loppnow Apartments have 35 two-bedroom apartments (1,073 square feet) and 17 one bedroom apartments (790 square feet). The underground parking is very much appreciated by the residents, providing security and protection from the elements. The common areas available for coffee, cards and puzzles have become favorite visiting spots.
