Every resident of Marquardt Health and Rehab Center enjoys their own room with private bathroom. For monthly rates, please ask a retirement counselor for more information.
Marquardt is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider. We have 140 beds licensed by the state and federal governments for skilled nursing care.
As a skilled nursing care provider, we offer:
- Nursing services
- Social activities
- Social services
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Dietary services
- Environmental services
- Chaplaincy and worship services
Working closely with families and personal physicians, we assess each resident’s needs and abilities, and create an individual care plan. Residents and family members are invited to review the plan every quarter.
Ultimately our goal is to provide the support necessary to either return the resident to an independent lifestyle, or to maintain the highest quality of living possible while residing in skilled nursing care.

The residents of Marquardt Manor receive an extensive range of medical care services. But we are more than medical services, we are home for our residents, so quality of life is uppermost in our minds. Therapies, activities, programs, beauty shop, meals, chaplain visits and worship services are all part of our daily routine. In addition, every resident enjoys the privacy of their own room with their own bathroom.
