Standard one-bedroom, one-bath apartments are 600 and 800 square feet.
Apartments are designed for persons 55 or older.

Straight Rent – Security Deposit paid when signing Occupancy Agreement. Monthly Rental Fee is paid upon occupancy.

Refund Of Security Deposit – Security Deposit will be mailed to you within 21 days of unit vacate date.

Monthly fee covers all administrative costs, heat, electricity, water, groundskeeping and snow removal. Although we are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Watertown to cover city services. A garage can be available at an additional cost per month of $30.00. The air conditioner fee is $55.00 per year.

Fifty apartments, one or two bedroom, range in size from 790 to 1,025 square feet. These apartments are designed for comfort. Garages are also available for the apartments. Residents have access to the Karl Fischer Center, Bethany Chapel, Marquardt Manor and the Mueller beauty shop and Meal Site without having to go outside. An outdoor swimming pool is located on the grounds of Hus Apartments.
