Home is designed for persons 55 or older. The Accommodation Fee results in a low monthly Maintenance Fee. The monthly fee covers all administrative costs, groundskeeping, snow removal, and water. Although we are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Watertown to cover city services. Residents must pay heat, (electric heat throughout), light, and personal telephone; cable TV is optional and the monthly charge is borne by the tenant.
