Apartments are designed for persons 55 or older. Smoke free grounds and facility. The Accommodation Fee results in a lower monthly Maintenance Fee. The monthly fee covers all administrative costs, fuel, electricity, water, groundskeeping and snow removal. Although we are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of Watertown to cover city services.

The Anna Nitschmann Apartments have 24 two-bedroom apartments (1,073 square feet) and 26 one-bedroom apartments (790 square feet). This building also has underground parking, which is a welcome feature by the residents, especially in winter. There are ample common areas for coffee, card games, puzzles, and visiting. In addition, there is a nice craft room and a woodworking shop, stocked with tools and equipment donated by the residents.
