Mueller Apartments
Mueller Apartments is federally subsidized with rent based on 30% of
adjusted gross income. Consisting of 101 apartments of 550 square feet, each apartment has one bedroom, one
bath, and a compact kitchen and dining area which is an extension of the
living room. Common areas of the building include living rooms, game room,
library, dining room and a beauty parlor. Each apartment also has the
Marquardt Lifeline emergency response system. Residents have access to the Karl
Fischer Center, Bethany Chapel, and Marquardt Manor all under one roof via skywalk.

are tax exempt, we make a voluntary payment in lieu of taxes to the City of
