MARQUARDT VILLAGE – CHAPLAIN (Posted 10.9.13
Marquardt Village, a continuum of care retirement community (CCRC), sponsored by the Moravian Church of North America, is seeking a full time chaplain to provide services to our over 600 residents through our home health agency, hospice, lifeline, skilled nursing, assisted living, duplexes and independent living facilities.  We are seeking an experienced individual who will be responsible for directing all spiritual care activities to our residents throughout the campus.  Preferred candidates will be Board Certified, have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing daily operations, will be a self-starter who possesses demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and is knowledgeable in using current technology.
