Marquardt Village is the community within the community.
This Wisconsin retirement living village consists of 78 duplexes, 253 apartment homes, 48 assisted living apartments and 140 skilled nursing beds, and is open to anyone — from the most active of seniors to those in need of assistance.
Because we’re a faith-based retirement village, our sole reason for being is derived from the biblical call to care for one another. All faiths are welcome here, and our staff and local pastoral care personnel serve residents by promoting and nurturing their spiritual well being, along with meeting their physical needs, in everything we do. Some 30 services are performed on campus every month.
We live out the Marquardt Village mission beyond the borders of our campuses, too, and strive to be a good citizen, neighbor and friend to Watertown. That’s why we make available to our residents as well as anyone living in the Watertown, WI, area:
- Marquardt Home Health Agency (medically-related health services in your home)
- Supportive Services (housekeeping, laundry and shopping)
- Marquardt Hospice (palliative and supportive services for persons with a terminal illness)
- Rehabilitation Services (outpatient therapy using Marquardt’s therapy room and equipment)
- Marquardt Lifeline (emergency response system that lets seniors live independently in their own home)
As you can see from our range of both on and off-site services, where a senior decides to call home is not nearly as important to us as that they’re being cared for in that home. For this reason and more, we hope that when a move to an independent living or assisted living retirement community is called for, Marquardt Village will be at the top of the list.
